Limerick

On Saturday 14th September, our first day in Ireland, all the Erasmus students went to Limerick, which is the third largest city in Ireland and is an hour from Kilfinanne, first we went to see the O'Connell Monument, who was a very important politician in Ireland.
Then we went to see the Milky Market, which is an outdoor market that is every Saturday, and has been operating for 150 years, where they mainly sell food. Is a frarmers market and street food, here you have fresh, good and natural food produce.
We went to see King Jonh Castle, which is next to the River Sannon, the longest river in Ireland, we saw it from a viewpoint where a crow shit on Miss Fogarthy, hahaha.
Then we went to the pennyes, which is a fairly cheap clothes shop, and on the way out we met some men singing in the street dressed as leprechauns.
After the walk around Limerick, we went to the shopping centre to hang out and eat. We ate at Nando's, but it was very expensive, 18 euros for a sandwich with chips and a water.
We came back from Limerick after lunch and Amy and I went to Jessie and Jimena's house, with Ally, Sira, Sofia and Ellie, we watched a series that the Irish like a lot and then we spent some time playing UNO and to finish the day we all had a snack together with nachos and wacamole.
It was a great day.
